Hi, I’m Brandy Right, and my journey into the world of fitness began with a deep passion for helping others lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. From my early days, I was fascinated by how personalized training could transform not just bodies, but entire lifestyles. After earning my certifications in fitness training, personal therapy, and sports nutrition, I dedicated myself to mastering the art of creating effective, individualized programs.

I’ve had the privilege of working with countless amazing people, each with their unique stories and goals. Welcome to our gym! As you explore our facilities, you’ll find everything you need for a comprehensive workout experience. The reception area is where you can check in and inquire about memberships and class schedules. Our locker rooms offer secure lockers, showers, and changing areas for your convenience. In the main workout area, you’ll find a range of cardio machines and strength training equipment, so please remember to wipe down after use. Join our diverse group fitness classes like yoga and spin in the studio, or make use of the functional training zone with kettlebells and resistance bands.

For those who prefer outdoor activities, we have a running track and open spaces available. Personal training sessions are also offered with certified trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. After your workout, unwind in the lounge area with complimentary water and snacks while checking out our community board for upcoming events. Lastly, familiarize yourself with our safety procedures, and feel free to reach out to our staff for assistance. Enjoy your time here!
